Delayed :-(

Well, things aren't turning out the way we'd hoped. We are being forced to leave the rental house we've been staying in as the landlord wants his house back. We don't yet have the money we need to build the Eichler, so we are buying a "flippable" house in the area. We'll stay there a year or two until we are in a better financial position to build the Eichler.
